If you don't know about the Harbor Hotel...be sure to ask for the Car Club rate and once you have looked at the lake once reserve on the Town side. much cheaper this way.

This might be useful (discussion of restaurants). Note that Glen Mountain Bakery will no longer be an option.

I agree Harbor Hotel is the best choice. Your wife will thank you.

View from our room a few years ago

The sunsets were spectacular! Get a Lakeview room with patio if possible (outdoor deck). If the weather is decent it’s a perfect spot for breakfast/drinks/view

Harbor for lodging. Seneca for having fun, eating a meat cake or fried chicken, Group 52 margarita. Ask to see the photo album which has incredible history in it. And look for the last recipient of the Biggest Tool award on the bar wall,...a truly cool dude.

Last time we were at WGI we found a real gem of a restaurant called Sapalta on the West side of the lake about 20 minutes up from downtown. It was really delicious.

I assume there is a video of this award ceremony out there somewhere, yes?…

BTW, the plaque was still on the wall last season.

If only you had the biggest tool, instead of being the biggest tool, you could have had a good career in the adult film industry.
