God Lord! That Supra is a monster. The driver certainly had his hands full. I do miss the sound of blowoff valves in the morning.

1:35 is not that good for a car that fast.

Typical high HP turbo driver, tip toe through the corners and blast down the straights and think they're great. Not like you Colin, you're a low HP turbo driver!

Thank you for comparing my STREET car (daily driven, licensed, insured, A/C, full interior) to pure RACE cars. I'm the first one to admit that I have a lot to learn and more seat time in this car will bring down my times. Nic Jonsson could get this STREET car into the high 20's.

P.S. What times do you run at Road Alanta?

"That guy" is one of the most talented young racers around here. He can run right with David Murry & Wolf Hensler, if you know who they are.

Yup. Just look at how early he gets back to power in T1. That is one example of how you REALLY go fast at RA.

I have not run Road Atlanta in several years. Based on the PCA race times this year, I would guess I'd be in the 1:38s (as that is what Terry Heath ran, and I was able to run a faster time than him at Sebring). Some of my times at other tracks are:

Sebring -- 2:27.7
Watkins Glen -- 2:10.2
Mopsort - 1:35.8
Road America -- 2:33.5

This is in my D stock '91 964 Turbo, with all of 315 factory hp.

Leh is tied for 6th in the Rolex GT series championship with co-driver David Murray. They tend to post similar times. This just in: he is good.
