Looking for 993 Supercup pics and decals
Firstly, I'm looking for 993 supercup car pictures. Are there decals that are specific to each year of Supercup racing?
Secondly, where can I get these decals?
Here's one example of the pictures I'm looking for although I'm not sure if that's the decal I'm looking for.
Joe Wong had a Speed Yellow car that I think had the decals that I'm looking for, but I can't find pictures of that car.
Any help with pictures of various 993 Supercup cars would be greatly appreciated as would a link to a site where I can purchase the decals.
TIA

All of the supercup cars are different as they were raced by different teams, each with their own sponsors and livery. You can find pictures of the various cars in the Porsche Sport books from 95-98.
John Colasante from Cupcar.Net ("JC in NY" here on Rennlist)has the ability to reproduce many of the decals in original or near original size, shape, font, etc. He produced all of the graphics for my Mobil 1 93RSR.

I see, I thought there would be one decal that was common to the cars in the series as it seems like I see the same one on different cars. Specifically the small one on the door with the stars in it.
The good news is that I found a picture of Joe's car, the bad news is that I'm not sure if that's the livery i was looking for...

Kim,
Per John's site, the 94-95 Cups had the country flag, EU "Supercup" flag, and # style in the car you have shown. The country flag and # style were changed for 96-97, with EU "Supercup" flag retained. Cars that ran in the Carrera Cup series had different decals altogether (no country flag, no EU flag, just a #). But the individual sponsor decals for each car differed.

Thanks guys. John's site looks promising, particulary the door flag page.
You may think this is for my 993...but you would be incorrect. I'm looking at painting my SM Speed Yellow and adorning it with Cup car graphics...

I also tried to contact him through his website and got no reply. At the price these decals are I would have thought he wouldn't want to tun away potential customers by just ignoring them.
(Yes I could have tried contacting him through Rennlist as well - -but what does that say about the customer service ?)
(I'd still be interested in the national flag number sets if anyone knows sources)

Kkim, I have a friend down here that has that supercup car. If you want pics I am sure I can get you some of hook you up with him. It is a beautiful car and very fast as well.
Oh BTW, I believe his car did not have decals, it was painted that way.

The group that did/does many of the supercup cars is becker design in Germany. If it was a specific design for a specific car/team they do keep copies of the graphics and they can be re-ordered for replacement. Not cheap by any means but it is very accurate to the original...

Oh and check with Charlie Boyer and Colin, Two Jokers Graphics, they did the door flags for my 92 supercup and they have done the 993 flags as well.
