This one is too easy. Newborns put down the fetus because:
No toys in the womb
Eating through a tube sucks (pun) compared to breast feeding..
Carry on ...

Yeah, but not having to sit in your own **** while waiting for someone to change you is a plus for the fetus.

They pee in it though. Its like staying in a bath tub for 9 months and peeing in it everyday without changing the water. And having your mouth open the whole time.
I'd take a dirty diaper over that all day. In fact if you live to be old enough, you'll be in diapers again anyways.

Really? I thought waste came out through the umbilical cord. If you keeping peeing (for 9 months) where does it all go until the baby is born? There has to be some doctors on this board to explain it!
