Or BOTH!!!

BTW, if the finishing order is the same at Abu Dhabi, Alonso wins the WDC by 5 points.
Webber's only chance is that he wins, and Alonso comes 3rd. That, or a DNF from Alonso.

Unless it rains, the races have become very predictable. Think about it; this is one of the most exciting seasons of late, but remind me when any of the top five had a dice on the track with each other that lasted beyond one corner (if that).

I don't know how, but F1 and "racing" need to be merged again.
Min-rant over. (Yes- I'll be watching next w/e.)
Qualifying remains the most exciting part of current F1 weekend.

Personally, I think it is a bit of # 3 combined with # 1.

If only Alonso had been driving for RBR then all the suspense would be over.

So RedBull won't favor one over the other until one is mathematically eliminated?

They've already clinched the constructors' title.

Hypothetically speaking, let's say Vettel is leading in the last race with Webber second and Alonso third. There's one lap to go at which point for all intents and purposes, Vettel is mathematically eliminated. Does Horner ask him to move over for Mark?

They win both titles and stay "true" to their word...just a thought.

Bad move on RBR
Winning the Constructor's title does not bring in as much sponsorship dollars as does the drivers title.
In the long run this will cost them money if they don't win both.

Please refer to my post #155 Red Bull has issued Team Orders for next weekend already, just a bit more diplomatically. Vettel will move over for Webber if Alonso is in the hunt, no doubt about it.

And all your silly little dreams about Red Bull being the fairest of them all will be shattered and they will be just the same as big bad Ferrari.

LOL Ray ,,,,,

For 4 years i have tried to explain Fauxmula 1 to you Amigos and it still has not soaked in , so again it is going to cost you ....

Vettel is the choosen 1 , Dieter paid the vig , got Newey and Vettel.

Webbo does not fit in, interesting to see what they will do with him, as I'm sure his popularity has risen this year and he is now of some value to F1 and Bernie , they will not make the same mistake as they did with Montoya...

There was no way the WDC was going to finish in Brazil , Bernie cannot afford that, he Promised the Arabs a thriller in Manila there was no way the WDC was going to end in Brazil, everyone was under orders, Massa almost drove off the track allowing RB cars thru and Alonso's body english after the race tells a lot.

So , we are here ................

Vettel cannot win the WDC unless Alonso finishes lower than 5th or has a KLABLAMOO...

After the race yesterday Alonso didn't look like a man on his way to a 3rd WDC, more like a man expecting a klablamoo....

Abu Dahbi will be interesting to say the least , Arab money , Ferrari theme park , Dieter wanting to know if he has a deal .. Alonso ... Webbo....Vettel ..

Barring a klablamoo for Alonso , only Webbo or Alonso can be WDC...

Will Bernie pull the trigger .. very interesting indeed ....

Pete: Lost the Faux 7 will return and dominate Bet ...
Pete : Lost the Massa would be faster than Alonso bet ..
Pete : Lost the Faux7 would be faster than Rosberg bet ...
Pete: Lost the faux 7 would be faster after the new car bet ....
Ray : lost the Hamilton bet .....( after picking Hamilton on race 6)
FInn: The only one left with a chance , if Bernie pulls the trigger..
LTC: Alonso win the WDC, kills the Sato fan club and gives me a get out of jail card

Larry: I dunno, larry picked Vettel and Webbo to win, hard to beat that ...

Not bad for someone who knows nothing about racing , huh amigos..

Welcome to Fauxmula 1 Gents .....

"For sure Red Bull are stronger because they have two drivers instead of one, so they are in a better position in some respects, but we have to look inside not what the others are doing. We have to do the fastest race, the fastest qualifying and who will win will deserve the championship from hell."

Stefano Domicelli..

Parenthetically, it is interesting to note the sudden increase in the Ferarri's race pacecoincident with the sudden decrease in the development performance of the McLaren this season.

It seems to almost correspond to Pat Frye leaving McLaren and joining Ferrari.

My guess is that if at the end, Vettel is leading with Webber behind and Alonso in 3rd, Sebastien will let Webber by of his own volition. No team orders, just one team player helping another. If Alonso is out then Vettel will drive to win the title which I think he deserves.
