Default How did you celebrate.........

your first race victory?( i.e. the first time you won a club race (or DE ))

Lots of winners in this forum, I would like to hear how you handled your first big win.............

P.S. If you never won a race, (like myself) what would you do after winning your first?.......

Let the discussions begin.............

Did nothing, loaded my car and went home with fond memories and focused on where I can improve for the next race.

Got **** drunk and ran the course backward with a trophy girl on the hood and one in the car working the gears. It was awesome!

Oddly I was asked to find another club to race with . . .

Came off the track. Immediatley packed up my sh*t. Went home and uploaded the video. Sent it to the factory and waited by the phone.

Went directly over the pits of the 2nd place car, shook his hand slapped him on the back and told him what a great race I thought he had driven. Had it not been for one small mistake by him, the roles would have been reversed. And had they been, I would have done exactly the same thing.

Nice, VR!

Careful with that champagne on the podium... to paraphrase a friend, it's sticky and can get all over you - you might even get some in your mouth...

The standard practice is to have a nice Scotch or Bourbon with those that helped you. Since you have gotten so much advice from Rennlist, should you gain a victory, you need to send a good bottle to each and every Rennlister who has ever replied to one of your threads about racing.

I am sure that many others here will confirm that this is the standard practice.
