I’m sorry you had a bad experience. 35 years in the automotive industry- no one can honestly say I’ve ever been dishonest. I look forward to having a conversation- if this is a legitimate concern.

Just to update this thread… Scott did reach out with an offer to make things better. Which is much appreciated. After some back and forth over text, we discovered that there was some miscommunication that contributed to the issue.
