Wait until the unions and the radical environmentalists get ahold of this.

Nah I'm betting it happens! Finally, the prestigious and elite F1 community discovers the subtle charms of the Garden State. Once they've seen Weehawken, Monaco ticket sales will plunge.
Relative to the unions and environmentalists, don't forget there is still a machine operating in NJ politics; like Chicago or Providence, once the ruling political class says yes, protest is mysteriously muted...

Wow, I would have thought the well oiled NJMP machine would be the first track in NJ to host Bernie's traveling show.

I hope it works out. We need at least two F1 races in the US.

The workers should work for Bernie and live in Ecclestonia (the heavily polluted company town) and get paid in company script. Oh sorry, this is not OT.

One very important question. Will the grid girls be better in NJ or Monaco.

So, if the "one race per country" rule is now off the table, can we have Imola back?

Regards to all.

There are currently two ways to host two separate GPs in the same country.
1. If they're 3,000 mile apart.
2. One is actually not in the same county; Imola is actually in the separate principality of San Marino.

Not sure how far San Antonio is from here (I'm practially on the property in NJ), but Long Beach was far enough away to have been a second USGP back in the day.

Most of the Jersey Shore crowd is from NY. They are a disgrace and give NJ a bad name.

I thought NJ gave NJ a bad name- or are Camden and Atlantic City both really in NY?
That said I know that there is more good than bad in NJ.

I hope the race takes place regardless of all of the 'Naysayers". The proposed location is right across from Manhattan with some incredible views, not sure how conducive it is for a F1 race but I'm sure they can figure it out.
