The Yellow flag in the 91 right now is an interesting display of keeping the tires warm.

Pretty amazing. Would not have called that before the race!
Congrats to Dempsey-Del Piero Racing, as well.

Next year with Porsche in LMP1 and some leveling in power between the Audi and the Toyotas, the 24 will be up for grabs. Might need to fly over next summer and finally witness this race in person.

As a biased and unabashed Porsche fan, it was great to see the new 991s win GTE Pro.
Allan Simonsen's crash was tragic... A great gesture from the family to ask the Aston Martin team to continue on, and it was good that it was a real race between the AMs and the Porsches. Probably the best tribute to Allan.
I thought it was poignant that Jacky Ickx was asked to say a dedication after the race. Besides being a great driver with many diverse successes, he is also one whose career passed right through deadliest era of motorsport.

Went in 2011 and loved it. Great experience. Friends and I are planning to return next year to be there for Porsche's return to LMP1.
