Default Silverstone F1 recs

Have a friend that plans to attend this summer. He will be staying in London for family vacation (from Canada).

Any thoughts on getting return transport to the track each day?

Besides public shuttle options - are there any groups that carpool and would be willing to a have a Canuck along for the ride?

Also, any thoughts on seats vs. general admission? I've been to Spa twice, and GA is the way to go. In Montreal, you really need reserved seats. Silverstone?

Many thanks - I will pass along the suggestions.

Cheers

Matt

I went to silverstone f1 in 2013. I would recommend staying closer to the track and having a driver/cab take u to and from the track - the easiest way to do this is thru a package. The traffic can be really bad getting between the track and London. I would recommend a grandstand over GA and even better would be hospitality. We watched on sat and sun from brooklands suite and it was great viewing and hospitality.
