Really wanted to do Skip Barber at Laguna, but they didn't have a school in Dec. So decided on Bondurant's 4 day GP Racing school.

For those that have done this school (or any others for that matter), any suggestions on prep before I show up? Should I buy my own helmet, gloves and shoes? Build up some neck muscles?

Very cool. Went to Bondurant way back in 1990. He had just moved to Phoenix from Sears Point and the facility was brand new. Bob took us around the track at full speed in a full size Ford E350 Van. Back then he was hooked up with Ford so we used the 5.0 Mustangs. Had a ball.

Did his school at SP in 87. He bounced us over the curbs in an Econoline van. Awesome first track experience.

I did it last summer. They prefer that you use their equipment. The only thing I might bring is the shoes you like to wear.
