Should be a separate poll to vote if the Honda engine will burst into flames.

When was real F1
1989?
German Grand Prix
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1989_German_Grand_Prix
3rd place 2 seconds off the pace, 3 cars on lead lap, most broken on the side of the road.
1979?
British Grand Prix
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1979_British_Grand_Prix
2 cars on lead lap. Most broken on side of road.
1995?
Italian Grand Prix
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1995_Italian_Grand_Prix
4 cars on lead lap, Most broken on side of road.
2005?
Hungarian Grand Prix
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2005_Hungarian_Grand_Prix
More people on lead lap and most not broken
2014?
Austrian Grand Prix
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2014_Austrian_Grand_Prix
11 on lead lap, only 3 broken cars.
Just curious as people say that F1 isn't like it used to be. F1 used to really suck. Open rules meant 1 or 2 teams dominated and everything blew up all the time.

I selected Rosberg FTW. Agree that it basically boils down to Rosberg or Hamilton... the trend will not be perpetual, but will most likely last until late in the season, if not then until mid-2017. Dominance in F1 does not live forever...
I can't wait...

Hoping Rosberg gives him a run for his money, but Hamilton for the win.
Barring an accident (I can't see reliability issues being a problem) it should be another cake walk year for the Mercs where this season they win every race and most likely also come in 2nd place in all the races as well. Williams, Red Bull and Ferrari looks like they will be battling for the "Best of the Rest" honors. Alonso is probably all bummed out. While Ferrari is definitely not in the same league that the Mercs are in (nobody is), Ferrari's car does appear to be better this season than it was last season.

I remember back in the mid-60s when F1 was Ferrari, Lotus, and a rag-tag of rich wannabes. Remember BRM? There were some races where they struggled to get 12 cars in the field.
Really, some current PCA racers could have kicked half of them in the butt.
(Actually, if some current PCA racers' dad owned the largest supermarket chain in Brazil, they could still kick half of them in the butt)
Glory days.
