1. Rosberg
2. Bottas
3. Vettel
4. Kimi
5. Massa
6. Ricciardo

MacLarens will (be struck by a meteor and) burst into flames and Homie crashes. Not to mention Maldonado...

After the disaster start for most teams in Melbourne ,,,,I would have to got with Hamilton ,even though I am not a fan of his ,,,How ever I would really like to see Ricciardo do well ,,,,,,but we shall have to see if Redbull have improved on their last race ,,,fingers crossed Redbull gets it together this time

Nobody will be even close to the Mercs ... I guess if you have to pick a "Show" placement, it will be one of the Ferraris or one of the Williams. We know Ricciardo is a heck of a good driver, but the Renault that powers his Red Bull is a lemon.

Hammy for the win.

Can someone buy Adrian Newey some midol? His whining about Mercedes dominance is so pathetic it makes me want to puke. Did he agree to dial back the RBs when Vettel would pull out a 1 second lead before he was done with the first lap? He should STFU - the big cry baby that he is.

Hammy is the easy pick... I will go with Rosberg again just because I prefer that he wins and Hammy places to ensure a non-runaway driver championship.

1) Hamilton
2) Rosberg
3) Vettle or Kimi or Bottas

And as 993C2 say, "Does it matter?"

This whole season could turn out to be a bigger yawn than last year.

Can't argue with that...

I have a stern belief that when dealing with talented technical people, engineers, software geeks, and so on, that you should keep them out of the social line of fire. It hits close to home because I am dealing with this exact issue in the office... Technical people trying to run the brand strategy, sales, and marketing...

Let your opinions and passion drive you to create a more competitive solution, leave the communications to those with experience in properly representing your struggle and opinion.

Sepang...

Hamilton 1 win (Merc)
Rossberg 0 win
Alonso 3 wins (1 McLaren, 1 Ferrari, 1 Renault)
Vettel 3 wins (3 Adrian Neweys)
Kimi 2 wins (1 McLaren, 1 Ferrari)

1. Hamilton
2. Rossberg
3. Kimi
4. Vettel
5. Ricciardo

Alonso will score a point in a car slower than the McLaren Ambulance that took him to the secret McLaren Hospital after the accident that Ron Dennis says didn't happen. Button will say the McLaren has big potential once they put the engine in.

I picked Nico this time, hoping for an even-up.

It would be great to see Kimi have a clean race.

This is old news. Red Bull dominated due to superior chassis and aero dynamic engineering and no one could revise their car to be competitive during their 4 year reign. Mercedes now dominates because they have engineered a superior motor and NO ONE IS ALLOWED to revise their motor to become competitive. Till that changes, everyone has a right to bitch.

BTW I picked Hammy. He is on an early season roll.

How is that true? Everyone was given tokens - Mercedes consolidated their lead, Ferrari moved forward, and Renault went backwards. Honda is still just trying to figure it all out.

Merc hit it out of the park with the split turbo. Much like the old Brawns rear diffuser, it allows for a multitude of small improvements that created a huge performance advantage. Tokens do not allow for a complete redesign, which is what everyone else needs to do.

It's just the engine, since noone else has a Mercedes power unit.

Except they never really had an hp advantage. RB's failing over the last few seasons has clearly been due to the Renault motor. Their superiority was down to design/aero/better manipulation of the rules etc. Having said that, it's hard to criticise the Mercs as they build the whole box and dice.
