I have to say...reading his comments...he is a car enthusiast just like the rest of us. Regardless of his politics or bad hairplug job, it's great to see someone in government actually wax enthusuiastic about cars!!! Especially performance cars!

Well, when you graduate from Yale, you have to consider whether you should buy a Porsche or a Corvette.... serious decisions for serious people .... hmmmm
When I graduated from Penn State, I considered whether I could get $400 to buy my sister-in-law's powder-blue VW Super-Beatle...
Unfortunately, I did, and unfortunately I also considered why it was called a 'Super" Beatle.
All things considered, I should have gone to Yale, taken Joe Biden's advice and bought a new Corvette...
When I graduated from Penn State, I considered whether I could get $400 to buy my sister-in-law's powder-blue VW Super-Beatle...
Unfortunately, I did, and unfortunately I also considered why it was called a 'Super" Beatle.

I don't like Biden, however I have to agree. There are far too many "I hate cars" Progressive politicians out there, and it's good to see that not all the Prog poli's are anti-performance cars. BTW ... I drink the Porsche kool-aid like everyone else around here, but the Vette is a car with a rich racing heritage. I like any car that has a rich racing heritage. I just happen to like Porsche's more than some of the others.

I, too, graduated from Penn State. Bought a used Toyota Celica hatchback....loved that car!

I almost agree with you. Unfortunately, he's a complete wing nut, and I would rather not have a bunch of wing nuts on my side. I'd rather he was anti internal combustion.
