I think, given the same parameters, I would choose
McLaren F1
Porsche 956
Ferrari 365 GTB4 Daytona Competitizione
McLaren F1
Porsche 956
Ferrari 365 GTB4 Daytona Competitizione

Any Schumi F1
Mazda 787B (sounds as good as any old F1)
Carrera GT (so I'd have a DD and a car I can drink coffee in)

Well, if these will be my forever cars, then I need: a daily driver, a race car, and a tow vehicle.
1) For daily driver- some sort of BMW that I can carry the kids around in. I currently love my 535, but I recently drove an M3 (NA V8) for the first time and I was pretty blown away by it.
2) Race car- I actually really like my car and really like my race class. I think racing a modern Cup would stress me out too much. So no change there.
3) Tow vehicle- I currently have an F250 and I like Fords. But I would have to do some research.

This seems like a perfect opportunity for a certain RL member from the west coast to tell his pal VR that, with an unlimited budget, it is scientifically impossible to be happy with only three cars. And he has the data to prove it.
