Anyone have the results from Group 3 (blue) Sprint 2?
I was so excited I actually finished a race that I never went to get the results sheet!!
GREAT weekend!! only issue all weekend was my roof decided it had enough of this racing crap and ejected itself from the car at T1 with 5 laps left of Sprint 1... Oh well, minor compared to what we've dealt with the last 5 years...

Wow man, thanks, really.
We build our own cars right in my backyard shop so that really means a lot..
Engine, transmission (I'm a trans tech by trade), paint and body, suspension and setup - I own a bender and bend and weld our cages right here at home. Not one item is subbed out.
I raced a little too early on but decided to just support my son. I get my charge out of the building and watching him take the cars to the front.
Strange that you brought this up, so, a short story on our weekend.
Sunday morning right before the enduro, two scrutes pull up on a kart.
What now....., they just teched the car for ratios the evening before.
I walk over......, "can I help you guys"....?
PCA - "No, not really, just admiring the car....y'all car is the best prepped, most attention to detail car at the whole event".
They asked questions and were surprised that it's all paint, no vinyl, etc., etc.
I explained that we are as grassroots as it gets. Up until Saturday, he ran 1 year old tires with 15-20 heat cycles learning the track.
I thanked them and they rode off....., my son Eon overheard, zipped up his race suit and said "well...., you got your props now I'm going get mine".
He has never been to Road Atlanta but he owns 5 PCA track records for 944 in this car......, he started 4th SP2 in the enduro and took that race by the throat.
Caught and passed for the lead and was pulling away 1 second a lap at last caution when I'm pretty certain he was passed under yellow and finished P2.
Camera battery died 5laps from the end but I am waiting on video from the car that was alongside him that might have caught the infraction.
Anyways.....we came, we saw, we conquered......maybe.
I know people skip right on by 944 vids....too slow, etc., etc. but y'all are missing out on a great drive by a d@mned fast driver if you missed it.
I watch most vids......plenty mistakes/errors. Drivers have the power to compensate. You can't make a mistake at the front of an SP2 class, you'd never catch back up with 145 hp.
Y'all do yourself a favor and go back a couple of pages and catch his video from the 8 or 10 minute mark.
Thanks again, it's much appreciated...!

Thanks for your time Niels, in trying to minimize your time investment, 2nd (and last) full course caution, 6-7 laps from the checkers.
Around S/F line, cars #760 and #87 should be close to side by side, yellow should appear at T1 entry station, car #87 taps brake to avoid a yellow passing penalty on car #760 and car #51 SP2 and an unknown black SP3 944T pass both cars #87 and #760.
Not pending on what you find....., beer on us at NOLA....!
