That being said, I always watch myself when I am racing the next day but tend to view DE as more social so that line moves a little.

A few years ago I drank all night at the Harbor and smoked a bunch of cigars. Next day I burped in my helmet going into the bus stop and that was enough to make me never drink and smoke like that again before a track day.
