I might as well hang onto my my Smart. It'll be the fastest legal vehicle when these clowns are all finished legislating.

In all sincerity, I doubt this will happen in North America - our municipalities rely too much on their exorbitant revenues from speeding tickets. Here in Calgary see at least 3 traps a day. Statistics in 2015 were 400,000 photo radar tickets (for a city of barely over a million) - I've heard estimates that it generates over $250 million for city coffers. It is so bad here that the provincial government has actually intervened to tell them to back off. So - I very much doubt that this will be adopted in most Canadian cities, our civil servants are just too greedy.

Just wondering why all the car enthusiasts' clubs, including the forums such as this one, NHR, NASCAR all lack the NRA mentality. We never ever protest or march or lobby for the cause.

While I don't speak for everyone...... we're in Canada. Polite got the better of most of us.
Unless of course you on the left side of politics. They protest everything non Liberal.
