As long as it stays in Alberta you don't pay PST. You still pay GST
If you're buying from another province, then you'll be subject to local provincial taxes when you register for plates.
Obviously, if you live in Alberta and subsequently move to another province, you wont pay the PST

ah dont be so butt hurt because you are bettered by a sharper wit than your own..
who knows maybe one day you will be original enough to think up your own lines instead of jumping on other peoples... but i don't hold much hope for you
