Yup - and as I mentioned earlier, autocross. There were 8 events held last year at Exhibition Place. This year BMWCCA, PCA UCR and CASC-OR affiliated clubs are running events in Brampton. It costs all of $40 to participate.

i think there will always be that segment of the population that believe they are better drivers than the average, have a more capable car, and just generally cant understand why everyone just cant get out of the way for them and think people are breaking the law if they get in their way.

I wouldn't exactly put it as "nobody blinks an eye", but I get your point.

The question here is how does a 16-year-old drive a car - any car - without a fully licensed driver occupying the passenger seat???

If you take one of the driving schools, you can get your G2 within 8 months rather than 1 year which allows solo driving.

Indeed - as would be the case if it had been a drunk driver for example. Seeing as it boils down to lack of proper driver training (there is no easy scapegoat they can point a finger at), the failure is ultimately with the system that allowed said 16-year-old to drive. Is anyone surprised the politicians and in turn the media are relatively quiet? No politician is going to win votes by pointing out that most of their constituents can't drive and/or by calling for better driver training, stricter testing and enforcement of moving violations other than speeding.

Virtue signaling goes hand in hand with being a drama teacher i would think. Along with long dramatic pauses at the end of every sentence like someone is actually listening and needs the time to absorb what he is saying.

Obviously those guys are gangsters and they are ignorant of the ‘code’. Porsche cars draw heat and for gangsters that’s not so good. If they took a little bit of time (watched Sopranos) they would have learned the correct vehicle for them is a black Escalade. But at least they got the exterior colour right.
