Default A 964RS just passed me

Am in AZ right now..white 964RS with a Japanese dealer sticker on it. Looks like a full bore Euro version. Not a common sight:

Cool car. Driver side rear quarter needs a detailing mind you!

Cheers

There's a Japanese (I think) guy in Toronto who has one of these extra pricey Euro 964 variants in white as well. If I recall correctly, he sourced it from Japan. He has a 993 RS as well.

That looks like an oregon plate. There is a guy in the Pacific NW that has every version of RS made.

We drool over our RSA's until we see the specs on a RS.

Gorgeous. It looks like the early 90's cars in Japan didn't require the third, upper brake light. Nice clean look.

I would think it was originally a European market car exported to Japan used. Cars sold new in Japan would have been RHD and not LHD.

Most higher end vehicles in Japan are LHD, so perfect for exports to North America. It's almost like a status thing as well to have LHD sports car.

There's an exhibit at the Saratoga Auto Museum in Saratoga Springs, NY right now. An epic collection of RS vehicles on display. We went last weekend; wow.
