I am refreshing this thread as fast as humanly possible. The suspense is killing me!
Jokes aside, do they send emails or offer online renewals?

The old State Farm was like this as well, (it's now a different group). My daughter had a non at fault accident and they tried everything to get her to go to CarStar also saying, 'they couldn't guarantee the work if she went anywhere else'. I called them on her behalf and told them her car was going to the autobody shop of her choice (dealer recommended) and their 'threats' of zero guarantee don't align with the Insurance Act of Ontario. The company is a licensed shop and although THEY provide a warranty on their work - State Farm WILL be brought into any potential future dispute or if rejected - she will appear at an insurance arbitration resolution hearing. They hung up. Not long after that State Farm left the Canadian auto insurance market and sold off the polices. I had nothing to do with their business decision.
