when I built my house I ensured the garage would fit 2 crew cab long box duallys side by side.

Doesn't most PPF advertise self-healing of minor swirl marks? I'd think a good PPF should be able to handle a light brushing off of snow without permanent damage. At least I'd hope so.

On my cars with PPF I dont give a crap and clean those panels aggressively. Always looks awesome in the spring. Mind you that is just the front clip.

Yes, products like XPEL Ultimate Plus PPF do have self-healing properties, so you can get away with more incidental swiping damage. But it IS possible to do permanent damage especially as the film gets old and starts to lose elasticity.

But the good thing with PPF is if you DO scuff it up to the point that it doesn't heal (or look good) anymore, then you can always replace just that panel have have a pristine looking surface again. Way better than repainting!
