I used to think the 992's were kind a too big but its definitely growing on me. Out of all the generation, it does have the most aggressive look!!! Congrats on the beautiful car!! Enjoy it!!

I hear you but the reason you are probably selling it is the reason I dont want used at this point, the market is definitely a seller's market. I find units that are 3-4 years old for higher price than new, sheeh. I am young and not in a huge rush, have a decently exciting car while I wait for this, i'll take the 50k savings and buy new and wait 2-3 years if i have to.

I am new to the thread. Beautiful cars congratulations to those of you who have taken delivery of your cars. I ordered mine Dec 2021 and was told it would be 15-16 months so now well into 5 plus months and really hoping that estimate is accurate as I have been dreaming about this most of my life. So really happy and envious at the same time for those who already have your cars. I have spec’d a 992 gts c2 manual with light weight package. Still undecided on the colour but have spec’d carmine red for now…. But always rebuilding in different colours. Trying to stay away from black but it keeps drawing me back. Please keep sharing the pics of your cars as it keeps my spirits up as I wait for mine.

Awesome build. I was slated for a July build and then got a production cut news. Now pushed till Feb 2023 build date. I can still change my order since they pushed the build date.

I got the chalk with high gloss black package as well. But I didn’t get it on the rear emblems and window trim. I’m wondering if I should get those in high gloss black as well.

What did you do in yours?

I’m about to put on an order in and still stuck in if I should get the window trim in gloss black. Did you do that with yours? If so, can you share some closer shots of the side profile window trim. Thanks a lot.

If you're getting a GTS definitely get the window trim in black (which is the default I believe). There are other black trim elements which will tie the look together.

Yep standard is black. The high gloss black is an option though. I’m wondering if it’s too much high gloss if I get the window trims high gloss as well.
