Obviously hard to tell, but at this time of year I do tend to suspect tires. Personally I do not rate all season tires for bad snow or storms. I have proper full winter tires on separate rims from November to April for any car that is driven all year.
Looking at the Taycan , these are the most expensive rims available from Porsche, so my guess is no winter tires fitted.

I have those wheels on my Taycan - definitely tires I would not want to use in the winter! The 305W in the rear is like a pair of tobaggans. I bought a set of 20" winters - it works, but the ground clearance is so low.
