He mentioned that it was still under construction, but I didn't ask which location he was at.

I believe they had a soft opening... I think sales and service are working at the dealership location now. I had a friend who went in there last week.

if its under construction its the dealership, I was at the opening of the pop up store last year.

Of course my son shows up driving a 600K rusted out Jetta diesel and is in the entire social media promotional video lol.

Is that car actually for sale, or is it a hypothetical build? That's crazy either way. $40k of that number is exclusive interior leather and Lux tax.

Yikes. Quite a build. This is part of the problem with 911s is so many builds are taken up by people picking silly specs. This drives up the resale prices of quality specs for people looking for something decent.

from photos oooks like sales and service is open. Looks like a nice store

i bet they have a pool of allocations to hand out. Can’t see them annoying customers in a new market with no allocation and games. Especially in this economy.

Aren't they owned by the same group as Oakville? If so, my guess is they will operate the exact same way.

Yeah Policaro store.

Probably in time they will. They would've started with a pool of current allocations to help get new customers for the store. Doubt it's an ideal time to open up a new Porsche store in KW. Hope is I guess tech money and some usual customer base and service business from out that region.

some people have really deep pockets and taste for options. for that money I'd be buying a gently used 3-5 year old turbo-s with few options and no luxury tax.

Spring has sprung.
The majority of the 991.2 I've been watching have been sold. Also supply has declined considerably(991.2)

Interesting as I keep seeing the same 2019’s for sale for months (that is the year I have been watching - in particular, Carrera T’s). The same 9 991.2 Carrera T’s have been for sale since January. It looks like one out in BC sold. 2 more were added to Autotrader last week. Prices have dropped between $5k and $10k on them. They are listed for about $10k-$15k less than the original MSRP now. What years have you guys been seeing sell?
