I heard one guy got arrested 3 times in one day for auto theft in TO.

No worries. It appears you can use your car as a defensive weapon even if approached by cops that you think are thugs. So real thugs should not be an issue.

You agree with police chief someone always needs to pay? This guy's life got ruined because of incompetent, lying cops and malicious prosecutors

Because I was responding to your post with respect to "ruined lives".

Now there is a silver lining here, it seems that killing someone with your vehicle because you feared for your life is now apparently quite legal here.

Carjackers who attempt to pull you out of your car or surround you should take notice...

Mr. Zameer's life got ruined by an irresponsible crown attorney who should not have charged him in the first place. Very sorry for the dead cop's family but it reminds me of the cop who stood in front of the snowplow commandeered by a crazy guy. What were they expecting? The driver to pull over and take a knee? Winning a healthy lawsuit will help.

When I'm watching a movie I always cringe when antgonist/protagonist steps/jumps/falls on the hood or roof of a classic car. That hood or roof will never be the same. There wasn't a mark on zameers car. Even the dirt on the front of the car was not disturbed
