Default Paint shop question & recommendation

My car needs the front bumper repainted as a minimum due to numerous scratch, gauges and stone chips, the lower half of the hood is pretty badly sandblasted and have many stone chips, but only the very front of the two front fenders have some minor paint chips.

I want to avoid repainting the two fenders if possible both for cost and maintaining OEM paint reasons, my thinking is to use touch up paint to fill the stone chips on the front fenders, wet sand flush and polish, however the hood is too far gone to take this approach.

How good can paint shops repaint the hood to match the original paint of the front fenders? i.e. I only want to repaint the front bumper and the hood.

Lastly, any recommendations for a high quality painting operation in the west end GTA area that will stand behind their work?

TIA

I used to hear that Jensen auto body did really good work years ago, they are out in the east end (whitby) I think. But I am not 100% sure as I never had any work done there before. Good luck
