As the saying goes: You get what you pay for! All in all, I'm happy with my gun
metal hollow spoke twists! But the following has to be said:
It took them 2 months to refinish my wheels ~ I know they're busy around a
group-buy, but really??! I'm pretty laid back, but after a while, I had to
hound them for a completion date. They also "forgot" to take the old sticky
wheel weights off the inside barrel of one of my wheels before powder
coating... Yes, I have 2, light OEM silver squares on the inside of the
gunmetal barrel. Luckily they're not visible when walking around the car; but
still ; that's pretty "bush-league" if you ask me.
All in all the wheels look great and I came to terms with the minor
detail..But I'm pretty sure, I will be looking at different options when
shopping for powder coating in the future.

I don't want to take away from this group buy but I found a place in Waterloo called Westex coatings. I popped into to the shop last summer and they charge $350 - $400 for a set of wheels depending on what your color choice is. They have done many car and bikes parts. At the time it would take 3-5 days to re-finish them. I don't know anyone who has had work done from them but the were friendly and there samples products looked great. Just FYI

I need to get my Carrera III's done as well, and my buddy needs his 944 wheels done too.
I had my speedlines from the 85 done at carcones. Painted, not powered coat. Absolutely beautiful work they did on them.
Perhaps they would be interested in a group buy?
They charged $550 to paint, Polish lip and clear coat.
