I adore my wife and 3 beautiful children...but on seldom occasion I miss the convenience of just being able to do what I want to do.
This thread is one of those times...
Have fun guys.

I'm coming from Ajax...
EADan - next time! I had to convince my wife that I needed a breather after three papers and one MBA workshop....a de-stress driving session. I'm meeting Laurel and the kids up at the cottage on my way home from Hershey (9 hr drive) in order to capture time with them too. Its a balance of sacrifices.

I missed out the hotel is now fully booked.
Any how I had stops at CBI and IRS so crossing tomorrow wouldn't have worked out for me. I'll try to get a hotel near everyone.

Well all I can say is it was truly epic. I can't wait to see all the pictures and videos. We created a hell of a scene everywhere we stopped. The cars were awesome and the company even better. Gents, we should do this more often.
Jonathan, thanks for setting this up down to every detail. You are the best.
Clive, you would have been proud of us. We were there before some of the vendors. Unfortunately, I didn't find the door panels that I was looking for, but there is always next year. There were tons of people there today. When 5 of us had to split early at 11:30am, both the side and back parking lots were already filled with Porsches. There was a line to get into the park.
It wasn't just the t-shirt weather that was the main factor. It was busy because the market for early Porsches is on fire. I saw tool kits for $4500. There was a 912 that was painted over rust and had half the parts incorrect and still the guy wanted $25000. A 993RS - $395K. A 997 Cup car was sold and on a trailer by 11am. Wow what a sound!
Next year this is a must trip!
