NL is my home province. It has some interesting sights and tastes.

The Fogo Island Inn is now an annual event for me each year I return to visit NL.

NL is a 911 worthy tour in a 911.

Great article, I would love to go there. one of my neighbor is from Newfoundland I have a hard time to understand his English but the guy is a case study. 80 years old, smokes 2 packs of cigarettes a day, drinks and has the strength of a bull

Targa entrants do have a habit of colliding..with houses.

Noticed this sign in Bonavista

Default Challenger?

Great pics and no moose contact! That's a Charger isn't It? I know because I watch NCIS.

Heading there in a couple of weeks for the first time. Daughter #2 is doing her Masters at Memorial so we are taking the opportunity to drive her down and see the place. We will also be heading over to the west coast and Gros Morne since she is attending the Corner Brook campus.

Your photos brought back some very fond memories. My wife and i spent 2 weeks in the summer of 2012 on 'The Rock'. Great people, great food, fantastic scenery and roads that will surprise you.

We loved it and can't wait to go back.

As long as you are prepared for unpredictable weather, there is only good news there...most hospitable and fun people anywhere.

Thank you for sharing your trip and most importantly the beautiful photos.

Next week I am heading to Nova Scotia and stopping by P.E.I. On the way home...3500KM of eastern Canada! I would like to go in the 911 but will lack space with camping gear.
