Richard, are you a paying Member? Otherwise it says "User". To become a Member, click on Premium Membership at the top right of any page - cost is $17.95 per year.

Not sure this is the place but I paid my Small Business Partnership fee last night and still no change to status; maybe it in the works but I did pay via authorize.net so thought I would mention it... Bruce

I don't recall getting an email saying my membership was expiring, but I just renewed for 2 years....how long does the system take to update?
