having trouble figuring out how to update to member status

What do I need to do - I never got my member packet - it was mailed to my old address.

I re-ipped about 2 months ago, they sent my packet to the wrong address (old address) even though I specifically instructed them of the new one. Now I do not have the information/steps to get going again.

I know my member number, that is it.

I have already paid for the membership

I know what you mean, I joined (paid money) in October and I still don't have access to everything - notice it still says "user" under my name.

I signed up a week or so ago and it still says "User" under my name. Plus I don't see a place to add a signature in the User CP.
