To clarify Daniel's question for the rest of you:
there is a 2 hour open lapping 5-7 Friday evening, with Travis Hill (racer and Instructor) on hand to provide coaching/track advice if required. $150.00. Experienced drivers only. Last time I was there I think there were 10 of us on the track. Big bang for the buck, and a ton of fun.
You can register on the CMP website, or if you are up at CMP see the office or find Travis to see if you can get a spot. Try to get there by 04:00 PM.

There will be folks staying on-site... motor-coaches, trailers, and CMP's luxury suites... gates usually lock up 9ish, but Jane could confirm this.
