Hope to see y'all at the May DE ... hopefully my car's engine rebuild, left rear corner replacement and suspension overhaul will be done by then ... yikes

LOL no worries guys. I've driven Calabogie before and loved the track. Definitely wears the consumables down faster than my regular track (Mosport) - my brakes were practically gone at the end of the weekend. Maybe I shouldn't brake so much....

Looking forward to DE's with Rennsport this season and meeting all you crazy people.

June and Sept are still not confirmed. Sept might get changed to Sept 26-27

I enjoy the geriatric discussions about Calabogie and meds.

I've driven it 3 times, with an American PCA group. Like them, the track is abrasive...similar to some of the comments above!
It is a very tricky track, and I agree it requires patience. A pal spun out there, and I was spooked for a few run sessions. If I sound nostalgic it was because I was constantly tempted to seek deliverance from my angst. Maybe it was the Zoloft.

The biggest challenge is finding decent restaurants and lodging.

Frankly, it reaffirmed the privilege that we enjoy with our beloved Tremblant, and all the available village facilities. Touchette, et al!

Can't wait to get back up there and see some great people.........it seems like this winter is taking forever, even though we haven't had a ton of snow.....yet.......C'mon Spring!
