I agree 100% with Mac. Tell them to pull the cam covers next.

The Cayman I had in the shop, it was immediately obvious when I pulled the cam covers what had happened.

If you've replaced all 8 coils with new ones, installed the correct plugs, and verified the connectors on the coils are connected properly, I would begin to wonder if a fuel pump hasn't gone out.
