Anyone in DC-MD-VA have a leak tester and PK Timing Tool+Bump Stick to loan?

Tried all the nearby auto stores that loan out tools and none have a leak down tester and HF ones look sketchy based on reviews (you get what you pay for).

I forget who I borrowed the PK tools...
