I cannot tell for sure from the photograph but if the front lip is missing, get one. Besides aerodynamics it helps protect the front bumper cover from direct contact with ground (objects on ground)....

Most people recommend raising the rear of the car a bit and removing both rear wheels for access.

From my records, North American Specification 2004 GT3 with VIN... 4S692066 was built in March 2003. I don't have the exact date.
