Yes, both the split reservoir and broken fan will cause you problems. Had a DOA fan on my previous '87 and the single fan could not keep up on a hot day......can only imagine its worse on a S/C'ed...

I personally don't see much advantage to the swap. The GT trans is not "weak" to my knowledge but Porsche did add an oil cooler to the GTS model. The final drive ratio is also the same.

I'm not a big fan of Lapis, but am a big fan of Atlas. To me there are way too many of the "shock" medium blues out there......350z, STI, VW bug, etc, etc....
