I replaced the exhaust clamps on my '99 C4 with stainless steel strap clamps, similar to this one...the strap clamps are MUCH easier to deal with than the OEM clamps.

The coolant tank isn't catastrophic; I wouldn't replace it until it needs replacing; it's an issue I would wait to address until it leaks, or the clutch starts slipping, or your AOS gives up.

I don't know about newer Corvettes, but on my '96 C4, I had to use the HyperTech PPIII to change adjust the speedo for the gearing differences when I swapped the D33 for a D44 with 3.73 gearing....
