17's won't clear the front brakes. You can run custom made 17's on the rear with stock brakes. 17" turbo twists won't work on a turbo. They're too narrow and have the wrong offset.

When I lift on the side jack pads I'm always nervous it's going to slip and dent the rocker panel. I have to back the rear tires onto some 2" thick boards to get the jack under the front crossmember....

Seems like less than 1/2 quart drains from the block. IMO you can skip draining the turbos and change the filter every other oil change. The great majority of the oil is in the tank.

Mine behaved that way when the MAF went bad. If you can datalog it should be lean when it misses, and the fuel trims will be way off. Might also be the fuel filter, but I'd bet on the MAF.
