My dealer was out of parts too so still waiting. They've (Annapolis Porsche) been excellent though other than making me drive a Toyota Corolla to drive! :)

I'm pretty sure that's just the parts cost. I'd ask them about the install. TPC can provide you with plenty of references. They've been around a very, very long time and have a great reputation.

A TPC turbo kit is in order. 520hp 450lb/ft of torque. It's 100% bolt on. No internal engine mods. It's not going to void your warranty. 10 grand and happy customers all over the world.
