I concur with go turbo or go home..its an amazing car. I previously had a 2009 Cayenne Turbo S and the comparison is..well there is none. It might be more than your looking for but my 2011 Cayenne...

I wouldn't bother to do it unless you are having issues. My business partner took his Cayenne in and the "fix" caused the headlights to come out at freeway speed the next day.....

I dont think your going to be able to just add XM to your PCM if it didnt come that way...your likely going to end up doing the aftermarket XM control unit hidden in the sunglass holder

probably a $50k - $55k car IF everything checks out. Be sure to get PPI including leakdown and valve guide wear. If you buy it..remove the four window stickers on the drivers side :)
