Can anyone tell me if the workshop manual covers the wiper motor and linkage install? My linkage broke and I'm struggling with exactly how the replacement goes in.

Did you get this job completed? I have my motor and assembly out but can't figure out the proper orientation of the mechanism to get the transmission back in.

This just started happening and of course we have rain for the next several days.

The wipers turn on okay and make it about 1/8th of the way across the window then get stuck. They try to go on...

I agree on the battery and if you go to batteries...

I agree on the battery and if you go to batteries plus, they will change it for you. It's a pretty good job so I would recommend their doing it.

Broken Vent Line

Would a crack in a vent line cause a vacuum leak? I have a vacuum leak code on the obd sensor and found a cracked line from the right bank to the throttle body.

Could this cause other errors as...

Thanks, I found it...one of two rubber hoses that run in the wheel well. Quick replacement, just wish I saw it before I did the coolant pipes!

Stranded in Chicago with a shot steering rack...rented a car, drove home (5 hrs) for tools, came back and did the replacement.

Got home last night and the morning the dreaded "check coolant level"...

thanks Paul, I recharged the battery for a couple of hours and it worked. Now I have to diagnose the power drain. Think I'll leave it charging overnight and see what happens...
