Thats exactly what I did for the front bushing...

Thats exactly what I did for the front bushing which I discovered was missing as well, but not recovered. Should be fine until the correct part arrives....and much easier to install.😁😃

I stopped by the local Canadian tire and picked up the Safety first Tether Anchor assembly for 7.99 CDN. My store had about 20 of them on the shelf so if you are interested supply is not an issue.
