The mic in the stilo helmet may need positioned closer to your mouth. The cheek pads pop out and the chin pad is velcroed in. You can remove it, gently push the mic out of the liner a little more.

The hard coolers keep water cool longer than the bag systems. Depends on a lot of variables, ambient temperature, driver temperature, what size system, block ice or ice cubes, etc.
