I did it myself with a Fikse wheel that had cracked. It was easy and Fikse provided everything I needed. I split the wheel and then took the tire off. Did the reverse to put it together.

Quite and clean. Also, you can ride these to a complete stop and not feel the stop with just a slight modulation of the pedal.
