Leaving Porsche unattended...

I agree, days of leaving a Porsche unattended in public garage are over as modern Porsche cars can't shake their battery drain. I don't ever arm car's alarm system as afraid it will lock me out....

Does your a Noco gb50 booster booster put out 12v in case you need to energize the hood fuse ?
I ask as my booster failed to output 12v as it needs to connect to a battery to feed 12v.

The longer H8 battery....

John, what vehicle is the longer H8 battery for, is that a truck battery ? Advanced tech told me DieHard AGM battery is made in China and has a 1 in 100 failure history.

I'll try your successful method today...

I think you nailed it; that red fuse carrier (hood release fuse) once pulled out wants to see a true car battery to energize that red front hood fuse.

Ill try that today using true car donar...

I suspect the small lithium booster battery i used failed to energize that red fuse gizmo as handheld battery wants to see another battery to put out 12v.
