Might want to check that some of valve stem seals...

Might want to check that some of valve stem seals have not popped off. Will have to remove the valve springs to check, however, this can be done without removing the head from the motor.

In two years, I'm on my third cam housing gasket also, this time I installed the Lindsey Racing steel rubber coated gasket, and it seems to be holding just fine.

I've been using front pads DTC-70's on my '86 specifically for Thunderhill, which has those two really demanding highspeed braking zones...
