91 AKI is the minimum recommended.

Just keep under the hard overboost limit (18psi) and you should be go to go.

The NA-Tune is $500'ish. (LR is current outlet for it, and I'm not 100% sure on pricing)
This ECU is 3-400$.

So around $900 for the conversion to MAF with this new ECU.

Yep, needs to be 3.0 bar. The extra 0.2 bar of fuel pressure is probably worth 0.5 points of AFR...




Could be a few things: bad grounds, sticking ISV, oil on the MAF sensor, bad AIT circuit,...

Fuel pressure is pretty 'bouncy' on these cars... If you want to datalog it, you will probably need some filtering to get reasonably non-fuzzy reading. Just a result of batch-fire injection.
